Crust:
cup butter or margarine
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
cup nuts, finely chopped (optional)

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing
1 cup whipping cream
1-4oz. serving size instant chocolate pudding
1 cups milk
1-4oz. serving size instant vanilla pudding
1 cups milk

Directions:

Melt butter; stir in flour, sugar and nuts. Press in 9" x 13" pan. Bake in 325F oven for 15 minutes. Cool. Blend well cream cheese and icing sugar. Spread over cooled base. Whip cream until stiff. Spread over cheese layer. Beat chocolate pudding mix with first amount of milk for 2 minutes. Pour over cream layer. Beat vanilla pudding mix with second amount of milk for 2 minutes. Pour over chocolate layer. Top with second whipped cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Chill overnight.
