Crust:
1 3/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c. Finely Chopped Nuts (walnuts)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Butter, melted.

Filling:
3 Eggs
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese
1 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
3 c. Sour Cream (1 1/2 Pints)
Directions:

Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, nuts, cinnamon, and butter.
Mix thoroughly. Reserve 3 Tbsp. of the crumbs for topping.
Press remainder of crumbs onto bottom and sides of springform pan.

Filling:
Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt and extracts.
Beat until smooth.
Blend in sour cream.
Pour into springform pan lined with the crumbs.
Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set.

Chill 5-6 hours.
