Ingredients:  
1/3 C. Fresh Basil Leaves, Stems removed
Grated rind from 1/2 a Lemon
1 1/4 C .Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1/2 tbsp. Salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process on low for 2 minutes, until well blended. If it tastes too strong of lemon, add small amounts more of mayo until it is to your liking.

*You can use a hand mixer on high if you don't have food processor - just rough chop the basil before hand.

Yields about 1 1/4 c.

GREAT as a topper for any kind of fish, in fish tacos, on a turkey sandwich as a spread or to replace Hollandaise Sauce in Eggs Benedict.
