1 lb. uncooked ground sausage
1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups bisquick mix
(add just enough milk for mixing and holding together)

Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients together - roll into small ball shapes. (can be frozen at this point) Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes till puffy & brown.
