"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. double-stuffed Oreos
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. melting chocolate (almond bark, chips, etc.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos and add cream cheese, milk & vanilla. Mix well and refrigerate until mixture is firm. (You can put them in the freezer to speed up the process.)

Once firm, roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Return cookie sheet to the freezer so the balls can set. (This makes it easier to dip them in chocolate.)

Melt chocolate. Use a fork to dip the balls in the chocolate and slide off onto wax paper with a toothpick. Let the chocolate set & enjoy!
