1 peck tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1 doz medium onions, chopped
3 hot peppers
6 sweet peppers
4 gloves garlic
6 tsp salt
6 cans tomato paste
Celery, cut fine
Parsley
Basil
Oregano
Thyme
Fennel seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes and salt until it cooks down. Fry chopped onions in any kind of drippings until partly done, add to tomatoes along with chopped peppers, garlic, and spices. Cook over low heat for several hours. Strain and add paste, cook uncovered until thick. Seal in sterilized jars.
