1 c. flour
1 st. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (10 oz.) Cool-Whip, thawed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sm pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 ½ c. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1: Melt butter & mix with flour. Press into a 13 x 9 dish. Press nuts into the crust. Bake at 300º for 15 min. Cool.

Layer 2: With an electric mixer, combine powdered sugar, 10 oz. Cool-Whip & cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.

Layer 3: With an electric mixer, combine pudding mixes & milk. Spread this over the cream cheese mixture.

Layer 4: Top with the remaining Cool-Whip. OPT: Sprinkle with grated Hershey bar.

Chill and let set before serving.
