Strawberry Jello Cake Recipe

1 box white cake mix
1 sm box strawberry Jello
1 c. oil
c. water
4 eggs
Tub of frozen strawberries
1 box powdered sugar
1 st. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, Jello, oil, water, eggs & c. strawberry juice; mix well. Pour into a 13 x 9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam or greased/floured.

Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes. Let the cake cook before icing. Poke holes in the top of the cake with a straw, etc.

ICING:
Combine powdered sugar, softened butter and the remainder tub of strawberries; mix well until smooth.
Pour & spread evenly over cake. REFRIGERATE.

This is MaMa Bell's recipe. Every time we would go to Amory for a visit, she always wanted to know what dessert Dad and I wanted when we got there. Dad's was always this strawberry cake.
Over the years it has become another favorite with our family. At least I know it is with Rachel, Brianna & James when it comes to their birthdays! LOL
