Ingredients:  
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
frozen peas, 1 small bag
1/2 cup water - 1 cup of water
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute diced onion in olive oil until translucent
Add frozen peas and cook through for one minute
Add water and tomato paste
Add salt to taste
Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes
