Ingredients:  
6 cups cooked and diced potatoes. Put into casserole.
Melt together in saucepan:
⅓ c. butter
tsp onion powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
c. milk
- lb. processed Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour over potatoes and mix well. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
