1 # Velveeta, cubed
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 lg. jar diced pimentos
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 pint Helmans mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cheese, sugar & vinegar in a double boiler until cheese is melted.

Remove from heat; stir in pimentos an mayonnaise. Stir well. Refrigerate.


To heat a double recipe in the MICROWAVE: Microwave for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 minutes more; stir. Add pimentos & mayonnaise. Stir well. Refrigerate.
