cup vegetable oil
cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 bunches Romaine lettuce, torn (1 lb each)
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
⅔ cup slivered almonds, toasted
cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Caesar salad croutons

Directions:
Directions:
1. In jar with a tight fitting lid combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake well. Chill.
2. In a large bowl toss all the other ingredients except the croutons.
3. Pour dressing over salad right before serving, or serve the dressing on the side. Add croutons.
