cup fine dry breadcrumbs
cup dried parsley flakes
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
tsp. pepper
1 minced clove of garlic
4-6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
tsp. salt
cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley and cheese together in a small mixing bowl.

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic, cook for 1 minute over low heat.

Dip the chicken in the butter, then dredge through the breadcrumbs, place in a small casserole dish. Season with the salt and pepper and brush with the remaining butter. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes.
