Dough:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 Tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/2 Tablespoon baking powder

Apple mixture:
6 Cortland apples- peeled and diced
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, oil, egg, vanilla sugar and baking powder, by hand. Put half of crumbs on bottom of 9x13 or pyrex dish. Mix the diced apples in a bowl with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice, pour into pan. Crumble the rest of dough on top, bake on 350 for 1 hour
Cupcake Tin Version:
Double the dough recipe (use 1 cup oil), dice up 8 apples very small, spray cupcake tins with baking Pam. Put in dough, apples, crumbs, bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes. Yields 4-5 tins (21-28 pieces)
