Ingredients:  
3/4 cup soy milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup warm water
4-5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pot over fire, cook up soymilk, 3/4 of onion, sugar, oil and salt
Cook for 5 minutes
Cool down completely (put in freezer for 10 minutes)
In a bowl, dissolve yeast and warm water. Let sit until foamy
Add onion mixture into the yeast and mix
Add in the flour
Cover and let rise until doubled (1-2 hours)
Make balls (12-13 balls)
Cover balls and let rise for a half hour
Bake the remaining onions on 350 for 5 minutes
Brush the rolls with egg and top with remaining onions
Bake rolls on 350 for 25-30 minutes
