Dough:
5-6 cups flour
2 sticks margarine
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 oz yeast or 2 Tablespoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Filling:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
6 teaspoons cinnamon
6 scoops of vanilla sugar

Glaze:
3 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, eggs and sugar in the mixer
Mix in yeast and water and let bubble (don't let it rise)
Change mixer to dough hook
Mix in remaining ingredients slowly
Don't allow the dough to rise, divide dough into 3 sections
Make the filling in a bowl
Roll out the dough, smear a little oil on it, put the filling on
Do this for all 3 pieces of the dough
Roll up the dough- jelly roll style, slice, and bake on 350
Bake for 10-18 minutes
Don't overbake
Let cool, then drizzle on the glaze
(Put enough confectioners sugar so that glaze is thick)
