1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons milk/soy milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the margarine, brown sugar and sugar
Then add in the milk/soy milk and vanilla extract and mix it, next, add in flour and salt and mix, fold in chocolate chips
Makes a 9" round pan
Spray pan with Pam, line the bottom with parchment paper (cut into a circle to fit perfectly), put cookie dough in and flatten.
Refrigerate to harden and then flip it onto your cake (if using for a layered cake).
