1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 tablespoons butter
5 cups chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, flour, nutmeg and lemon juice. Add apples and toss to mix. Put 1/2 mix into 9 inch pie shell. Slice butter evenly over apples. Add other half of mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
