1 lb. of smoked ham, ground
1 lbs. pork, ground
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
***Mix well and make into balls or a loaf and bake with the following syrup. When I make into balls, I brown first in a pan to help hold them together.
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground mustard
⅓ c. apple vinegar

Bake 1 hours at 350. Keep basting and turning with syrup.
