1 (2 lb.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. crushed corn flakes cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix hash brown potatoes, sour cream, onion, cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, and melted butter in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture into a 9 x 13 greased baking dish and sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs. Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling, about an hour.
