2-3 # ground chuck
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
2 cans Ranch Style beans
4 tsp. chili powder
2 cans tomato paste
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn, undrained
2 cans diced or crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste

Brown meat, onion & bell pepper; drain. Add the liquid from the corn, beans & tomatoes to meat mixture & simmer.

Add everything else and cook on low heat for about 20-30 minutes.

Great served with shredded cheese, crackers or Fritos.
