1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups finely chopped onion
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
¼ tsp. dried crushed red pepper flakes (add more if you like it spicy)
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
2 8-ounce bottles clam juice
¾ cup white wine
12 ounces halibut (or cod) fillets, cut into 1-inch squares
½ pound uncooked, peeled, deveined medium shrimp
½ pound scallops, sliced into 2 disks
1 pound clams (in shell)
⅓ cup fresh parsley

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes. Saute 6 minutes. Add tomatoes, clam juice, and wine. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Wash clams. Add all seafood and clams plus 2 tbsp. parsley. Simmer until seafood is opaque in the center and clams begin to open, about 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
