1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp baking powder 1 Tbsp white sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 pkg onion soup mix 1 cup milk 1 egg 1/4 cup oil
Stir together dry ingredients, then stir in cheese. Combine soup mix and milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat egg, milk mixture and oil and add to dry ingredients, mixing lightly just to combine. Spoon into well greased muffin tins and bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 1 dozen.
