Mexican Casserole Recipe

1 # ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 an Rotels
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-2 dashes chili powder
Salt & Pepper, to taste
13 oz. bag Doritos
1# Cheddar cheese,shredded

Brown meat & onion; drain. Add Rotels, beans,soups & seasonings to meat. Let heat.

Place a layer of Doritos in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.

Place of the meat mixture on top of the chips.

Place of the cheese on top of the meat mixture.

REPEAT layers of chips, meat mixture & cheese.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted
