Crust
2 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
c. sugar
C. butter

Filling
4 Packs softened Cream cheese
1 C. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla bean paste
1/8 t. salt

Topping
2 C. sour cream
C. sugar
3 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs w/sugar and melted butter and press into a 10 in. spring form pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend sugar, salt and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min or until center is firm. Remove and let stand for 15 min
Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes until top is set.
