Crust
2 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
¼ c. sugar
½ C. butter

Filling
4 Packs softened Cream cheese
1 ½ C. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla bean paste
1/8 t. salt

Topping
2 C. sour cream
¼ C. sugar
3 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
• Combine graham cracker crumbs w/sugar and melted butter and press into a 10 in. spring form pan.
• Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend sugar, salt and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min or until center is firm. Remove and let stand for 15 min
• Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes until top is set.
