3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
4 cups flour
mini chocolate chips- optional


Beat eggs and sugar until light yellow, add in oil, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix
Add in flour- 1 cup at a time
If using chocolate chips- gently mix in
Wet hands to work easily with dough. It will be a sticky dough.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper
Make 3 logs out of the dough
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl- and sprinkle over the dough logs
Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes, take out of oven and cut into slices
Turn over and sprinkle again with cinnamon/sugar mixture, bake for another 10 minutes
