1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter/margarine/oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 Tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla

PB Mixture:
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350
sift together flour, cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl
In a large bowl beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, until well combined
add in egg, water, vanilla- beat well
gently mix in the flour mixture 1/3 at a time
make balls

in a separate bowl combine the peanut butter and confectioners sugar till smooth
gently flatten chocolate balls and put a small PB ball in the middle. fold the chocolate dough around it.

Bake on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 8 minutes
Let cool for a few minutes and then transfer to cooling rack
