2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup oil
7 eggs separated
3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together
Make a well
add in oil, egg yolks, cold water and vanilla
Beat together.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar
fold into yolk mixture
pour a 1/4 of batter into a separate bowl and mix in the chocolate syrup and baking soda
Pour into tube pan- white, chocolate, white
Bake on 350 for 45-60 minutes
Turn over and let cool
after cooled take out of pan
