2¼ c. all purpose flour
3 T. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
6 T. butter
⅔ c. milk
½ c. crasins
½ c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Whisk together in large bowl flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut butter into tablespoon size pats and then blend into flour mixture with pastry blender. Add crasins and nuts. Mix in milk. Mixture will be very dry, make sure all parts are wet, if necessary add an extra teaspoon of milk at time until no flour is dry. Pull clumps of mixture and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. After cooled top with Chantilly cream. Makes 6-7 scones.
