4 oz. Cream Cheese 2 tbs. Butter 1 lbs. Powdered sugar ¼ tbs. Peppermint extract ½ tsp. Lime Zest ½ tsp. Lemon Zest
Heat cream cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Slowly add powdered sugar, stirring to blend. Add the rest of the ingredients. Divide into 8 portions and roll into 12" rope. Cut into ½" pieces. Let stand for 4 hours.
