2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt (used pink Himalayan salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 400F.

Place sweet potato slices into a large zip bag. Pour in olive oil and seal the bag closed. Shake the bag until all of the slices are well coated.

Arrange the sweet potato pieces on to a baking sheet, spread them in a single layer on sheets. Bake, flipping once until centers are soft and edges are crisp 22-25 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
