1 lb. fresh cranberries*
1 C. sugar
1 C. water
1 medium apple, peeled & diced
1 banana, diced
1 C. orange pulp, dice
24 marshmallows (cut into 8ths with scissors)
C. chopped pecans
C. cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries, sugar & water in saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar. Simmer for about 10 min or until berries pop open. Chill. Combine with remaining ingredients except cream. Blend well.. Fold in cream. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce.

*When fresh cranberries are not available, use canned whole berry cranberry sauce to replace berries, sugar and water no cooking will be necessary.
