1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Dark Sesame Oil
3 Medium cloves garlic cloves, minced (1 tablespoon)
1 Tbsp giner root, minced and peeled fresh
1/2 tsp sambal oelek, or chili garlic sauce
4 heads uncooked bob chop, baby variety, halved lengthwise
1/2 lbs fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and caps halved
3 cups shredded red cabbage, lightly packed
2 medium uncooked scallions chopped
2 Tbsp unsalted toasted sesame seeds
12 oz lean center loin pork/salmon

Stir together soy, vinegar, honey, sesame, garlic, ginger, and samba oelek in large bowl; add salmon/or pork turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerate about 15 minutes

Meanwhile, set racks in upper and lower thirds of oven and preheat oven to 450. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

Please salmon/pork in center of one prepared baking sheet; reserve marinade Add bok choy to marinade; toss until coated arrange Bok choy round meat if salmon, if pork put on second sheet in single layer. Add mushrooms and cabbage to marinade; toss until coated. Spread on second prepared baking sheet to form even layer.

Please meat on top rack and cabbage on bottom rack; roast until salon is just opaques in center and vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Remove if pork when done. Sprinkle with scallions and sesames seeds; legs along side of meat.
