2 lbs. boneless chicken
2 c. whole snow peas
1 Large can of mushrooms
1 c. bamboo shoots (canned)
½ C. celery (3/4” slices)
2 T. vegetable oil
½ tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
¾ c. chicken stock
¼ tsp. accent
2 T. corn starch
2 T. water

Rice (white or brown):
Prepare rice as instructed on package for 6-8 servings. Set aside and keep warm.

INSRUCTIONS – Stir fry:
Cube chicken breast. Preheat skillet and add oil, garlic and salt. Stir for a minute. Add chicken & toss for 1-2 minutes. Add peas, mushrooms, bamboo, celery. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce, stock, accent. Mix, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. Make sure chicken is fully cooked. Mix corn starch and water together to make a paste. Add to skillet and stir/boil several minutes until gravy thickens.

SERVE stir fry on bed of rice.
