4 center cut bone-in pork chops
1 T. cumin
1 t. each, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
1/2 t. each, oregano and cayenne pepper
2 T. EVOO
2 c. salsa
1/2 c. water
2 c. mixed shredded Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese
Fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all seasonings together. Rub chops on all sides. Heat oil in skillet until hot.

Sear the chops on both sides, top with salsa and add the water to the skillet. Place lid on skillet and cook on medium low for 20 minutes. Add cheese on top of chops, put lid back on and remove skillet from heat and let set 10 minutes.

Serve and garnish with cilantro.
