2 1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 cups flour
1 cup cocoa- dark, if not then add 1 more cup
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups water

Beat eggs and sugar together
Add the rest of ingredients- alternating between dry and wet
Bake in Bundt pan or 9x13 pan
