2 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Butter, softened
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Cream
3 C. Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
12 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla and cream. Mix dry ingredients together, add to bowl and stir till smooth. Place uniform scoops onto cookie sheet. Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until bottoms are light brown and tops are set. Should be soft. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Place on wire rack or newspaper to cool. Yummy!

This recipe was given to me by the mother of a friend in 1965 because I loved her cookies so much. I've tweaked it a bit since then...adjusting some ingredients and definitely adding more chocolate chips ;-) The recipe can be halved. Hope you enjoy!
