3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk or soy milk

3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Combine the coating (sugar and cinnamon) in a small bowl
Preheat oven to 350
coat a standard bundt pan very well with non-stick spray. make sure to spray the tube as well.
sprinkle one third of the coating around the pan, make sure to cover the tube as well
In mixer, beat together oil and sugars until combined
add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until creamy
beat in vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder
lower mixer, add half the flour, milk and then the rest of the flour
Pour half the batter into the prepared pan
sprinkle one third of coating on top and pour remaining batter over it.
top with remaining coating
Bake for 45 minutes
Allow cake to cool in pan for 10-15 minutes
Remove from pan and let cool completely
