3 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
3 tbls sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon /sugar
1/2 cup cranberries, whole sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted


Directions:
Directions:


In sauce pan bring water and salt to boil. Stir in oatmeal. Cook for 1 minute stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, stir in sugar and vanilla

Place in bowls and top with cinnamon /sugar, cranberries, and walnuts

To toast nuts, heat skillet and spread walnuts in pan, cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
