1 lb ground beef 3 cloves garlic 1 large onion 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 bunch green onions 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp red peppers 2 cups chopped broccoli salt and pepper to taste Prepared rice
Brown beef with garlic and onions, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Serve over prepared rice and garnish with green onions. Your family will be amazed how quickly you got dinner prepared!
