1/2 cup light Italian dressing
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp dry Italian dressing seasoning
2 chicken breast, cut in half horizontally
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 4 slices
1 large tomato, diced
1 tbsp. balsamic glaze
fresh basil for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large zip-top bag, combine salad dressing, chicken seasoning and dry Italian dressing seasoning. Place chicken in the bag and turn to coat. Marinate for 4 hours in the refridgerator.
Preheat oven to 400. Drain chicken, discarding marinade.
Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with foil. Make sure you spray the foil.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Take chicken out of oven and add 1 ounce mozzarella on each piece of chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and let the chicken cool for a few minutes.
Sprinkle on diced tomatoes and pieces of fresh basil.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over tops of each chicken breast.
