1 lb bacon (not thick sliced)
2 cans (8 oz each) whole water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon strips in half or thirds, depending on taste. Wrap each bacon piece around a water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place on a wire rack over a foil-lined pan. (Grease drips down) Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mayonnaise and chili sauce.

Place crispy water chestnuts in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and add sauce. Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes.
