1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups cheese, shredded
1 lbs. hash browns
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and 1 cups shredded cheese in a bowl. Mix in hash browns. Place in a greased 9" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle cup shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes in 375F oven.
