Ingredients:
1 pkg Rhodes frozen bread dough
1-1.5 lb sliced pepperoni
1-1.5 lb sliced mozzarella
oregano
basil
garlic salt
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Follow package instructions for thawing/rising frozen bread dough.

Preheat oven to 350º. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cut each loaf of dough in quarters or thirds and work with one piece at a time, keeping the remaining pieces covered under plastic wrap. Roll the dough into a thin rectangle. Cover the surface with sliced pepperoni, then place sliced mozzarella over top. Sprinkle with the oregano, basil and garlic salt. Starting with a short side, roll the dough up tightly and pinch the seams and push in the ends to seal. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining pieces of dough.

Bake until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, rub with butter and allow to cool a bit before serving. The pepperoni rolls can be served warm or at room temperature. Store leftover pepperoni rolls in resealable plastic bags. The rolls can also be frozen.
