4 cups hash browns
1 lb. breakfast sausage or bacon
6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cube sausages and layer meat over bottom of 9" x 13" pan, or cook bacon and crumble and layer in pan. Place hash browns (uncooked) over meat. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Pour over hash browns. Top with cheese. Bake 350F for about an hour until cooked all the way through and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Can be assembled the day before and kept in fridge overnight before baking.
