16 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, softened
1 T chopped pimento
1 T diced green pepper
1 T minced onion
1 t lemon juice
2 t Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
1 T brandy or bourbon

chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix everything together and roll in the diced pecans. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
