1 cup flour
2 tsps. baking powder
dash salt
2 tbsps. sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsps. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix well. Make a well in the center and place milk, egg and oil. Beat with a wire whisk. Using an electric frying pan or stovetop skillet (greased and preheated) drop batter by ⅓ cup amounts onto heated pan. Flip pancakes when bubbles form and begin to break the surface. Cook other side till golden brown. Keep already cooked pancakes on jelly roll pan in 200 oven to keep warm until serving.
