1 pouch double chocolate chunk cookie mix (1lbs. 1.5 oz. Betty Crocker)
¼ cup oil
1 egg
⅔ cup pecans, chopped
12 large marshmallows, cut in half

Frosting:
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup icing sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, 2 t bsps. water, egg and pecans until a soft dough forms. Onto ungreased baking sheets drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2" apart. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately lightly press marshmallow half, cut side down on top of cookie. Bake 1-2 minutes or just until marshmallow begins to soften. Cool 2 minutes; remove from baking sheets to racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile in 1 quart saucepan, melt chips over double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Add cream, butter and vanilla; blend well. Stir in sugar until smooth. Spread about 2 tsp. frosting over each cookie, fully covering the marshmallow. Let stand until frosting is set.
