3 ounces cream cheese
3/4 c shredded spicy cheese
1 med jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 pd ground sirloin
1/8 tsp salt


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to med high
Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese and jalapeno ion a medium bowl, stirring and mashing with a fork. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form each into a 3 inch disk. Form sirloin intro patties. Season with salt.
Grill the burgers until almost done. Place a cheese disk on each and continue cooking until cheese starts to melt.

Of course, I also made my burgers with onion and added other seasonings to make it a moist, good burger in general.
